I CANNOT beleive it. My baby just started the fourth grade. He's taking it cool this year...no big deal. Last year he could go down the hill, something only the big kids can do. Alas! No such milestone this year! Don't worry there have still been firsts, like the giggly girls who showed up on my doorstop to visit Gabe. Yah; they wanted him to be in their band. Well, he's just so cute. Who could blame them?
Happy Birthday Gabe! I love that kid!!! :)

I have fond memories of 4th grade. It's when I started reading The Baby Sitters Club books! I hope this will be a great year for Gabe :)

Oh no, not giggly girls! Not so soon! Well, we can always hope that he will go through a terribly awkward looking stage that masks his true adorableness through junior high and possibly the bulk of high school. Am I horrible for really kind of hoping that for all the kids I love and adore? To wish ugliness and awkwardness on them, if only for a brief amount of time? He really is just too cute. If he stays that way even as a teen, you can just try not to dress him so cool. And maybe make him play an instrument in band. There, that's all I can do for you.
